This product is the rice simmered together with Simmer4 kinds of mushroom(Shimeji, Shiitake, Nameko, Cloud ear). It can be eaten at everywhere by attached spoon. The weight after cooking is around 260g.

A part of product don't contains major 27 kinds of allergen and have a haral certification. By pouring water/hot water and wait for 15 minutes(water)/3 hour(hot water), alpha-rice back to be fresh rice or congee. In addition, this very convenient products can be eaten at everywhere by attached spoon.
