Moromi vinegar is non-alcohol beverage made from malted rice produced while manufacturing process of Okinawa alcohol called "Awamori". Moromi vinegar is known for Okinawa traditional beverage loved by Okinawa people for a long time. Brown sugar is added on the standard gold label to make it sweeter.

This is for people who prefer sweeter taste. Vinegar usually has sour and strong taste. Therefore many people can't accept to drink. But Moromi vinegar's main ingredient is citric acid. Sour taste is less than normal vinegar. Not only Citric acid but also Amino acid and GABA can be taken easily.
